12. Discussion and Audio Visual (A/V) Room

Rules and Regulations:

1. Only students/staff who have made a prior booking will be allowed to use the room.
2. For discussion room: minimum 6 persons
   For A/V room: maximum 6 persons
3. Only 1 hour per group/booking
4. Students have to fill out the discussion and a/v room's logbook and to leave his/her Student ID with the library staff. The student will need to collect his/her student ID after using the room. No transfer of student ID is allowed. Staff must fill out the logbook.
5. Students and staff are required to abide the library rules.
